  • John Lewis

    Lewis@lxfitnessclub.com

John Lewis began his coaching journey long before he ever stepped into a gym. As a U.S. Army Green Beret, he spent years developing and leading high-level strength, conditioning, and movement programs for soldiers operating in demanding environments. That experience shaped his approach to fitness: simple, disciplined, and focused on building real, functional strength.

Today, John brings that same mindset to his work as a personal trainer. He focuses on smart programming, proper technique, and steady progression—pushing clients without the gimmicks or burnout. In addition to his adult clients, John trains 40–50 middle school athletes throughout the year, teaching them strong fundamentals, building confidence, and helping them develop long-term athletic habits. His coaching style is direct, practical, and geared toward helping every athlete—youth or adult—get stronger, fitter, and more resilient.
