Privacy policy

This policy covers what LX Fitness Club collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you send us in a form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Only what you give us. Our enquiry and waitlist forms ask for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, along with anything you write in the message field. We also collect anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics — page views and referrers — which are not tied to you.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to contact you about membership, and to keep a waitlist in the order it was received. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't run ad tracking on this site.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is used solely by LX Fitness Club to communicate with you.
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive text messages, we may text you about your enquiry and your membership. Consent is never a condition of purchase or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your membership or our ability to reach you by phone or email.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf and neither is permitted to use it for their own purposes. If you buy a membership or book through our membership platform, that provider's own privacy policy also applies to what you give them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and waitlist entries are kept for as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them, and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll do it — there's no form to fill in.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Memberships for members under 18 are arranged with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified to members directly.
